Sleep Tips

A working list of sleep tips that we have picked up along the way. We aren’t experts in sleep or Drs that will cure insomnia, but we are passionate about a good night between the sheets and like to collate good advise for you to scroll through at your leisure.

  1. Have a warm shower an hour before you want to fall asleep

  2. Spray your pillow with lavender or camomile spray

  3. Rub or place by your bed an aconite crystal (the purple one)

  4. Drink a cup of warm water or mint tea (good for the digestion

  5. If you need background noise, put on a talking radio channel like LBC

  6. Dim your lights in the house before going to bed so that your eyes and brain start to dim down too

  7. Go tech free for an hour before you want to fall asleep

  8. Avoid alcohol

  9. Cuddle up with your dog/partner/child/cat and let the endorphins help you nod off

  10. Use an eye mask

  11. Put your PJs on the radiator to make the warm and toasty
